The game contains a map screen, which shows you where you are on the map, and coordinates.  You can bring it up anytime.

This is a screenshot of the map editor.  The game features a map editor, which was used to create all the maps in the game. Feel free to customize the game.  Just be careful though, the story may be skipped if you dont walk on a particular tile.

This screenshot is of the status screen in the game.  This is where you see your character, and your partner.  It displays all your stats, and what equipment you are wearing.
